"My data looks wrong / empty" — checklist

  1. Give the first sync a minute. On install Skucast pulls your sales + inventory; large stores take a few minutes to populate.
  2. Hard-refresh. Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R — browsers cache the dashboard aggressively.
  3. Check the forecaster has history. A brand-new store with little sales history will show mostly "new" SKUs until patterns form. More →
  4. Check a SKU isn't excluded. Kits/services/one-offs can be flagged out of the forecaster on purpose.
  5. Confirm receiving is logged. If on-hand looks low, make sure recent receives were entered (Skucast plans on the stock it knows about).

Still off? Email support with the SKU or PO number and what you expected to see — that's the fastest path.

Uninstalling — and your data

Remove Skucast from Shopify → Apps like any other app. When you uninstall, Skucast stops billing immediately and deletes your store's data within 48 hours (handled automatically via Shopify's app-uninstall and shop-redact webhooks). See the Privacy Policy for the specifics.
